Guido Kerkhoff

Guido Kerkhoff, born in 1967, has been Member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom AG responsible for Southern and Eastern Europe since March 2009. In this position, he is responsible for managing Deutsche Telekom’s subsidiaries in South and Eastern Europe, which offer both fixed-network and mobile communications services. This region includes the companies OTE (Greece), Magyar Telekom (Hungary), Slovak Telekom (Slovakia) and T-Hrvatski Telekom (Croatia), with additional subsidiaries in Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro and Romania. As of February 15, 2010, he also has acting responsibility for the mobile operations in the UK, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic from the COO portfolio.

Since April 2002, Guido Kerkhoff has held various management positions in Deutsche Telekom’s Finance department and has been Head of Group Accounting and Controlling since mid-2006.

Having graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Guido Kerkhoff began his career in the Group Accounting department of VEW AG from 1995 through 1996. He then moved to Bertelsmann AG, where he most recently headed up the department responsible for projects and general corporate accounting and controlling issues for over three years.
